Products

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Kizuna reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or unforeseen stock availability issues.

Shipping

Orders within Australia are dispatched on weekdays via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly for rural or remote locations.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been completed and shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags attached

Exchanges

Due to limited stock availability, Kizuna does not offer exchanges.

Garment Care

To help maintain the quality of your purchase, please follow the care instructions provided with each garment.
