FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed and being delivered within Australia will arrive between 2 to 14 business days and tracking information will be sent (if applicable for clothing or express orders only) to your e-mail address once your order status has been updated to Completed and Shipped.

KIZUNA dispatches orders daily on each weekday and our parcels are sent using Australia Post.

Standard (2-14 Business Days within Australia)

Express (2-5 Business Days)

Express Delivery is at an optional extra and can be selected in either your Cart or Checkout.

 

Please note: Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy within 14 days of your order purchase date.

All items must be unwashed and unworn with their original tags still attached to the garment or item.

To start a return, you can contact us at kizunagarage@gmail.com and one of our representatives will be in touch.

Due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges.
We recommend checking sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

CARE FOR YOUR GARMENT 

Machine wash cold with like colours. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron if printed. Line dry in shade.
